"Registration is required and may be made prior to or at the Skipper’s Meeting, in advance of the first series, or anytime during the season by filling out the on-line form at Regatta Network, and paying, transferring, or mailing the appropriate fee (below) by one of the approved methods.  Both the on-line form and payment are required.
